Location: Albany, NY Start Date: April 6, 2009 End Date: August 31, 2009 Rate: $55/hr Job Requirements: Required Skills • Design and code from requirements and functional specifications • Analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement UPHN Web services • Work with the DOH ESB and UNIX System administration to ensure smooth and correct operations of the web services • Any other tasks necessary for completion of project deliverables and application support • Demonstrated strong hands-on experience with Web service development in J2EE environment, including XML/XSD, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, JAX-WS,WS- Security and MTOM • Preferably familiarity with open source implementations such as Apache AXIS2 and/or others • Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus, preferably AquaLogic ESB and/or Oracle ESB, and their development tools. • Demonstrated experience with web technologies in a JEE environment, including Servlets, JSP, Java/J2EE, HTTP, HTML, XML, XSLT, SQL, PL/ SQL, JDBC/Hibernate, RMI, and application servers (i.e. WebLogic) • Experience with common web frameworks such as Struts and/or Spring • Experience with RDBM servers in general, preferably Oracle database servers • Ability to provide technical solutions for large scalable solutions • Experience in software design, development, and build tools, such as Ant, Subversion/CVS, Rational, SQL Developer, and Eclipse based IDEs • Preferably, knowledge of health information exchange standards such as HL7 • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical personnel • Ability to communicate with programmatic units to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, written and verbal communication skills **Please Don't send Java resumes.** Thanks & Regards, Srikanth, Technical Recruiter.
