* * *Location : Woodlawn, MD* * * *Position Description: * We are seeking someone to work with a team in order to develop an optimal solution to integrate the IBM BPM with RequisitePro and Quality Center for model, requirements, and testing traceability. Develop a prototype and assist with defining a strategy for implementation. *Our main interest is to find a candidate well versed in the IBM Business Process Management (BPM) from a developer standpoint (not business analyst). * Basically, candidates must have experience with ReqPro integration and allying it to a plug in. Also candidates will be connecting information gathered via BPM directly to the application. *Required Qualifications: * - BA/BS in related field, 7 years of progressive experience may be substituted for degree. - Must have extensive knowledge of IBM's Business Process Management Suite, including analysis and modeling. - Extensive experience with WebSphere Business Modeler and the integration of RequisitePro, and Mercury Quality Center with BPM. - Proficient in MS tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Three (3) or more years of specific experience in the following: * 1.) JAVA software development 2.) JAVA Server Page (JSP) development 3.) JAVA Script development 4.) STRUTS framework 5.) Hibernate 6.) RAD 7 7.) WebSphere Studio Application Developer (WSAD) 8.) WebSphere Application Server (WAS), 5.0 or higher 9.) Structured Query Language (SQL) 10.) JAVA Database Connectivity (JDBC) 11.) MQ Series 12.) Extensible Markup Language (XML) 13.)
