Hello Nestor!

Thank you for your interest! Please see the wiki pages at stellarium.org
(right column).

In principle if you have a special interest or wish about a missing
feature, you can branch from trunk, add your feature (maybe some plugin?),
and propose merging it.

Maybe for some suggestions, have a look into the blueprints here:
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/stellarium
This is a collection of good ideas, which could be implemented within days
to months of concentrated work.

Depending on your Qt knowledge: The QtScript module has been declared
deprecated with Qt5.5. We are using it for our scripting, so for future
developments, we must change towards whatever Qt suggests. If at all
possible, the current internal scripting API should not change, so that
existing scripts keep working.

Please feel free to ask, we are certainly happy with good contributors!

Kind regards,
Georg
