Hello Ivan and team! Today we get first bug reports for Observability plugin :)

Bug reports #1039991 needs a discussion because in future we can get similar troubles. Moreover, the similar issue was into Angle Measure plugin and Bogdan solved it via introduce especial method for text drawing. Possible that idea can use into this plugin too. P.S.
