1) Are all your drivers up-to-date?

2) I tried the QT SDK 1.2 (QT4.8). MinGW comes as extra option (hidden
under "Miscellaneous" in the installer). However the paths to include in
the system control panel are different than described in the wiki for
earlier versions. I think the header is found (mouse-over the "#include
<glee.h>" in QT creator points to the right file name), but glee.h itself
is pretty complicated with some #defines and #if[n]defs, and maybe one of
those is now different by default, so that a large family of gl..
functions is not defined? Will continue on that later.
