It's an official release. 0.11.0 is out. For the WIndows version, you'd
have to ask Alex which one he passed on to me Barry.
There was an attempt a little over a week ago to start getting this release
out. If translations were missed, that is unfortunate. We can get out a
0.11.1 release with updated translations as soon as they are available.
