Hi,

I think that depends on what you have in mind.
You can certainly use most STAF services independently of the application you 
have.
STAF does not care about the kind of processes you start – so whether you have 
native apps or Java or any interpreted stuff does not really matter.
AFAIU implementing STAF services based on C++ would require using native code 
(not .net), but most likely you’ll already find the services that you need
available from STAF directly.
