You can build the sample C++ STAF Device service (STAFDeviceService.dll)
yourself. See the STAF Service Developer Guide at
http://staf.sourceforge.net/current/stafsdg.html, particularly section 6.3
Example: Building a Sample C++ STAF Service, for more information on how
to build the sample C++ Device service.
