The SMTP server you're using may be setting a size limit. You can google for more information on this (e.g. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/26986898/maximum-attachment-size-mail-services , http://email.about.com/od/outlooktips/qt/How-To-Increase-The-Outlook-Attachment-Size-Limit.htm ). However, since your message "TEST MESSAGE" is only 12 characters I doubt this is a size limitation (but you could try attaching just one small file and your "TEST MESSAGE" to verify).

When I exclude the TEXTATTACHMENT parameter, the message body shows up fine in the email. Am I doing something wrong or is there a way to remedy this problem? The email client that is being used to send/receive emails is Outlook 365.
