The SMTP server you're using may be setting a size limit.  You can google 
for more information on this (e.g. 
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/26986898/maximum-attachment-size-mail-services
, 
http://email.about.com/od/outlooktips/qt/How-To-Increase-The-Outlook-Attachment-Size-Limit.htm
).  However, since your message "TEST MESSAGE" is only 12 characters I 
doubt this is a size limitation (but you could try attaching just one 
small file and your "TEST MESSAGE" to verify).

The message body still shows up blank whether I include NOHEADER or not. 
This problem only occurs when using TEXTATTACHMENT, otherwise any messages 
show up normally so it’s really bugging me. One other member suggested 
that it might be because I broke the email limit size of 40KB? Is there 
such a size limit for the email? For attachments? Otherwise it could just 
be the mail server that my company is using as you have stated.

I used basically the same EMAIL SEND request -- different addresses but 
the same message, subject and with two text attachments and it worked fine 
with my company's SMTP mail server.  The email contained the two 
attachments as well as the message "TEST MESSAGE" after the default header 
" in the body of the email as follows:

TEST MESSAGE

So, the problem appears to be specific to the mail server that you're 
using. 

If you specify the NOHEADER option (to indicate that the "DO NOT RESPOND 
TO THE SERVICE MACHINE THAT GENERATED THIS NOTE" header should not be 
included at the beginning of the email body), do you see your message in 
the email?  I'm not sure what else to suggest -- other than to try a 
different mail server if you have access to another one.

The email log query did not report any errors and it seems like everything 
has gone through, but my message “TEST MESSAGE” does not appear in the

though.

When I use the TEXTATTACHMENT parameter on a EMAIL SEND request, I see the

Hello,

I’m using STAF Email Service to send test results to others but ran into a 
problem where the body of the message comes up empty/blank in the email 
whenever I use the TEXTATTACHMENT option to include an attachment.

When I exclude the TEXTATTACHMENT parameter, the message body shows up 
fine in the email. Am I doing something wrong or is there a way to remedy 
this problem? The email client that is being used to send/receive emails 
is Outlook 365. Thank you.
