Sorry, I am afraid Windows Server 2008 securities policies make STAF
REQUESTS execute in an internal monitor not visible to final user without
interaction.
I don't know if it possible to bypass these measures, but if I do not
interact with screen clicking new monitor windows for STAF request, I can
see nothing about the runnung process.

What about linux machines?
