Try to add the row:
172.52.133.33 172.52.133.33
to your host file.
By default STAF tries to resolve a ip address first as a name, and after 20
errors retries resolves it as an IP address.
Setting the host file of your system in couple of ip address - ip address
you force to resolve a string to an ip address improving performance.
Try it and let me know.
