I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do. You could create a
STAF variable for each of your ocnfiguration variables. Are you planning
on using the STAF PROCESS service to run your Python scripts? Or are you
planning on writing STAX jobs?

Subject: [staf-users] Integrating existing python scripts into STAF

Hi,

I am new to staf. I looked at the documentation and started trying out
sample codes.
We have an existing automation framework written in python and wanted to
port it to staf as it has many more features. In our existing framework we
store all the configuration variables in a file. We read the values and
store them in variables and use it in main function. How can I port this
functionality to staf. Is there any place holder to store the
configuration variables for each script?

Appreciate your help.

Thanks,
Chandrika.
