The STAFString class provides many manipulation functions. See
STAFString.h for the functions.
Also, note that a STAF service request's result's can be printed in a
"pretty print" format using the STAFMarhallingContext's
asFormattedString() method.way. See section 6.3.2 STAFObject in the STAF
User's Guide for a C++ example.

I wanted to make some string manipulations on the result obtained.
The result can be printed in STAFString manner but is not the same as
std::string.
Is there any conversion function available in the API set?
