Sure, if you understand the code well enough to add javadoc comments to
the STAF Java source code for JSTAF, it would be great if you would submit
th;em as a patch following the STAF contribution process at
http://staf.sourceforge.net/contributions.php. We have a feature open to
do this at
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2807825&group_id=33142&atid=407384
, but it just hasn't bubbled to the top yet.

Ok, so I suggest that I pack the src/staf/lang/java/ folder as sources for
now.
I will check with the Sonatype people about providing the documentation as
a link also.

Would you be interested in me adding JavaDoc comments to your sources and
provide them as a patch ?
That would be helpful also for users of the API inside Eclipse ...

Cheers

All of the source code for STAF available via STAF's SourceForge website.
On the STAF Download page at http://staf.sourceforge.net/getcurrent.php <

download table there is a "Source code" table that contains the source
code for all of STAF (not just the JSTAF sub-component) for the latest
releases of STAF (e.g. STAF344-src.tar.gz or STAF344-src.zip). The source
code for the STAF java component is mostly located in the lang/java
subdirectory of the extracted source tree. Currently, we do not provide
Javadocs for the Java component of STAF. (Note that STAF core is mostly
C++). We do provide a STAF Java User's Guide that describes the STAF Java
APIs at http://staf.sourceforge.net/current/STAFJava.htm <
http://staf.sourceforge.net/current/STAFJava.htm> .
