1. STAF ping to 155.35.7.106 is surely a Firewall issue, please disable firewall / add allow firewall policies in both your windows as well as your Linux. Restart STAF, try STAF ping. 2. I think your windows could not resolve your Linux / Unix box hostname. Probably the DNS server mentioned in your windows doesn't have your Linux hostname entry. Try adding entry in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file. <IP Address of RH51x64.ca.com> RH51x64.ca.com Try ping and STAF ping afterwards.
