So the hpux and hpux-parisc64 builds will run on HPUX 11.11 or later, and
the hpux-ia64-32 and hpux-ia64-64 builds will run on HPUX 11.23 or later.
Note that the STAF Download page incorrectly indicates that the
hpux-ia64-32 and hpux-ia64-64 builds will run on HPUX 11.31 or later. I'll
update the page to indicate that they will run on HPUX 11.23 or later.
