Your output shows that "Process Auth Mode" is set to "None" on your local system, but it needs to be set on the remote machine where the process is executing. So you need to run "STAF remotemachine PROCESS LIST SETTINGS" and verify that "Process Auth Mode" is set to "None" on the remote machine.
Also note that, on Unix, if you don't start STAFProc as root, you can't
start processes as other users.
