Yes. IBM® Rational® Quality Manager is a collaborative, Web-based tool
that offers comprehensive test planning, test construction, and test asset
management throughout the software development lifecycle. It provides
integration support for STAX so that you can submit STAX jobs via RQM to
execute tests and check their results. For more information, see

Note that It doesn't provide all the capabilities of the STAX Monitor.
