Greetings,

I am attempting to copy a file from a Win2k3 box to another Win2k3 box,
using the below cmd, receiving RC 17 (FileOpenError). On the target system
(local) the file does not exist (the directory does), on the remote system
the file is not open by any process. Any idea what could be causing the
error?

Thanks,

- Stephan
