Very thank you for the reply , The problem is that we want to use
dev-c++ tools (opensource) to make them , becase if use VS , we will
face some problems for copyright , I know dev-c++ can provide a tools for
making in win32 env (such as mingw32-make.exe , mingw32-c++.exe) , but i am
not sure that them are useful for STAF making ? .
