Hey Daniel, She wants to put them on hold and ideally send them a MSRP message saying “Please wait for us to find a person to speak with”. Once someone becomes free, we want to bridge the session. We found that if the MSRP Client doesn’t connect within a certain period of time it kills the session like any SIP INVITE. One approach is to create a MSRP bot that answers the call and then forwards the session once a person becomes free. We are looking for other approaches. Any thoughts?
