I had to previously load dialog module :)
loadmodule "dialog.so"
modparam("dialog", "default_timeout", 43200 )
modparam("dialog", "db_mode", 0 ) # no database writes
modparam("dialog", "dlg_flag", 3 )
modparam("dialog", "hash_size", 4096 )
