the MySQL server was not reachable according to the log message: Jan 29 04:13:59 urcmcs /usr/local/sbin/kamailio[1933]: ERROR: db_mysql [km_dbase.c:123]: db_mysql_submit_query(): driver error on query: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) Was your MySQL server running all the time? Kamailio should reconnect when the mysql server becomes available again.
