What type of trouble are you having? I have a tutorial written for installing an older version of Kamailio and RTPproxy on CentOS, but this is easily changed to the current version... http://www.fredposner.com/1457/kamailio-behind-nat/ The only changes I would make would be to use the stable version of Kamailio (or 4.3 at this point)... and install rtpproxy 2 from git.
