Hi Will, please be aware, that in-call Re-INIVTEs may always happen, even with Session-Timers disabled on both sides (e.g. Codec/Media Change, Networkchanges and many more).
If an in-call Re-INVITE breaks your phone, it would be better to fix that phone than to fix your network.
