Thanks for your help Daniel. OK I ngrepped port 5060 and indeed the message tries to get delivered. However it never arrives at the client (1010 in this case). I have added localhost listeners for UDP and TCP, even though all clients register through TLS only (could this be the root of the problem?). I added localhost listeners because I was getting the no socket found error message.
