Anyway, to the original point:

If you need a lightweight and high-performance B2BUA in series with your 
Kamailio deployment, use SEMS + its sbc module. 

It's a far more robust approach and long-term strategy than to bake a 
half-assed B2BUA into something that was designed as a proxy core from the 
ground up, and in no way intended to house a B2BUA.
