Looking at the parameters: -u root -g root => Are you sure you want to run kamailio with root rights? It's absolutely discouraged! -m 64 -M 64 => defining the shared and private memory. Depends on your system, but if you don't know what this is... defaults seem reasonable. Long story short, type a "man kamailio" and lookup the parameters.
