Given a proxy where the only registrations will be next-hop pbxes, where those names will not be INVITEable, what is the ideal way to tell kama the list of accepted usernames and authentication info for REGISTER?
It is important to ensure that any INVITE to any of the REGISTERable usernames 404s.
