Please explore this parameter of usrloc (the location database module
that underlies registrar):
http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/4.1.x/modules/usrloc.html#usrloc.p.db_mode
It configures the relationship between the registrar's in-memory
location table and the database, and the degree of real-time coupling
between them (if any).
