Hi!

Please read the manuals for Kamailio on kamailio.org and read the sample 
configuration file 
we provide with your Kamailio - check the part that forwards to a PSTN gateway 
for inspiration.

We have many different ways to forward messages - that's one of the main tasks 
of a SIP proxy.
In the TM module we have t_relay() and other ways to forward messages in 
stateful mode.
We also have commands like forward() to forward statelessly.
