There is that possibility, yes, insofar as the RFC 3550 does contemplate non-UDP transports.

The real question is: why are you asking this list? Kamailio/sip-router is not involved in RTP transport. Why would you look for solutions here?

Hi All,

Is there any possibility of sending RTP over TCP, because we are
building a softphone based on PJSIP, but seems that some ISP are
blocking RTP packets over UDP. Any solutions for this.
