Hi Ernest, what about something like this: dpkg-buildpackage -b -uc -us -rfakeroot -I.svn (in the utils/pdbt directory). If you use kamailio 3.0.x from a tar.gz, there were unfortunately some small error in the debian packaging present, i just fixed them yesterday in git master and 3.0 branch.
