#### Summary
Adds an allowed_clients module parameter, allowing to restrict access by source
IP address.
#### Changes
- New parameter allowed_clients — accepts a comma-separated list of IP
subnets.
- Connection filtering before any HTTP processing occurs. If the list is
empty (default), all clients are accepted.
- Docs — added full documentation for the new parameter, including usage
examples. Also fixed two minor pre-existing doc errors
