The dbschema files are stored in the source tree, they do not need to be built
at compile/install time, they should be taken from there, as part of
`kamctl/kamdbctl` tools.
The build should be done once, by the developer that changes files in the
`src/lib/srdb1/schema/` and the updated files should be placed in the
`utils/kamctl/...`.
It is like with the README files.
For the 6.1.1 probably I can managed with the command you provide, but needs to
be addressed.
