The terminology "real-time peer" seems to come from Asterisk and is not a
generic terminology used in the SIP world. We need another way of documenting
and naming this. I strongly object to this terminology.
We also need to clearly document if this is the state of a single UA or the
state of an account - where multiple UAs has registred for the same account.
