This is stock kamailio using this build:
`ghcr.io/kamailio/kamailio:5.8.5-bookworm` with no custom modules.
I do have more than 12 destinations loaded in the dispatcher memory (more like
20), however, 9 of those are used for presence with the same setid. Should I
try to accomplish this proxying of subscribe's without the dispatcher module
since that's where the issue might be? I also say this because this issue
doesn't occur when the proxy is also the presence server.
Some additional info:
This only happens when endpoints experience weird network issues and sends lots
of subscribe requests without accepting/seeing responses from kamailio.
