### Description
In the GitHub Actions present Alpine Docker image build error
```
tar (child): kamailio_min-without_os_files.tar.gz: Cannot open: No such file or
directory
tar (child): Error is not recoverable: exiting now

tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
```

With high probability, this does not work
I will work to fix this, but if possible, it will be fine to switch to use
`cmake` for Alpine Docker image.
