Teh same error if I start Kamailio with a non-empty `dispatcher.list` file
```
1 sip:sip.telnyx.com:5060;transport=tcp 8
```
And kamcdm output
```
root@nout:~# kamcmd dispatcher.list

RECORDS: {
SET: {
ID: 1
TARGETS: {
DEST: {
URI:
sip:sip.telnyx.com:5060;transport=tcp

PRIORITY: 0

```
