I am not exactly sure why this fails on your system. That `<<PKGBUILDDIR>>`
should have expanded to the full path of the source code tree.

'build/kamailio-76r2kT/kamailio-6.1.0~dev0' with '<<PKGBUILDDIR>>'`
Is that the root tree of the kamailio source code? It should contain the path
to the xml file.
I have pushed 63920593839081e1532cd77a41d13413161ee139, that add some quoting
but not sure if it will actually help.
Can you check whether it fixes that?
