Do you have any private modules? If not, can you create a minimal kamailio.cfg
that can be used for reproducing?
Do you process the SIP OPTIONS keepalives via event routes or the replies via
reply routes in any way?
I have dispatcher keepalive enabled in many 5.8.x instances and not
experiencing any crash.
