Looking at the description, this is for an INVITE transaction created by
kamailio also via an rpc command, not for a transaction created by incoming
INVITE. Also, you have some routing blocks (kemi callback functions) executed.
Probably the rpc tm.cancel command was not much tested for such cases, one
situation can be that the invite transaction is unref-ed too much. I pushed a
commit to try to reduce such risk, can you try with latest git master branch
and see if anything changed?
