I didn't think it was a squid proxy problem, I though it was a www.mediavida.com problem since every other website worked really well under squid proxy.
I'm old enough to not blame others without any sensible proofs and even that I said "I'm starting to think...". But yeah, you are totally right, I'll think more carefully before I say something inappropiate.
