Perhapse you should check out the wiki configuration examples: <http://wiki.squid-cache.org/ConfigExamples/Authenticate/Kerberos> or <http://wiki.squid-cache.org/ConfigExamples/Authenticate/WindowsActiveDirectory> If those don't work, or need updates it would be good to know.
