Assumgin both are Squid; * child proxy simply has cache_peer ... parent ... ssl" <http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/config/cache_peer/> * parent proxy has "https_port ..." <http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/config/https_port/> Both proxies have to be built with TLS/SSL support for encrypted connections to work of course.
