Almost. Squid will still allocate the memory cache RAM. You will want to accompany it with "cache_mem 0" or maybe just a small value for memory used if tat auses trouble. PS. Please do upgrade to 3.5.20 or at least 3.5.19. A huge amount of problems have been found and fixed during the 3.5 lifetime. We all would prefer to avoid having to help re-solve difficult problems fixed a year or more ago.
