Ubuntu is a dual-stack operating system. On dual-stack systems the IPv4 address space is a sub-set of IPv6 numbers. IPv6 sockets like the 3128 and 44475 shown above receive all versions of IP protocol connection. The 47020 port is possibly a problem, its only accepting IPv4 protocol.
