Hi

In the past, the message inside Spyder announcing an update provided steps
to follow for conda.

The new announcement does not. When I try and follow the website
instructions at
https://docs.spyder-ide.org/current/installation.html#updating-with-conda
they fail.

EnvironmentNameNotFound: Could not find conda environment: spyder-env
You can list all discoverable environments with `conda info --envs`.

The only Conda envs listed are ones I have created for projects
... now what do I do to upgrade?

Current system info:

* Spyder version: 5.5.6  (conda)
* Python version: 3.11.5 64-bit
* Qt version: 5.15.2
* PyQt5 version: 5.15.10
* Operating System: Linux-5.15.0-119-generic-x86_64-with-glibc2.35

Thanks
Derek
