I have been using Spyder with 3.10 for about two months, and with 3.11 for a week. No problems observed yet (with spyder 5.33 or 5.4), except for a warning that goes by on startup (and during pip install) that:
spyder 5.4.0 requires ipython<8.0.0,>=7.31.1, but you have ipython 8.6.0 which is incompatible. spyder 5.4.0 requires qdarkstyle<3.1.0,>=3.0.2, but you have qdarkstyle 3.1 which is incompatible. spyder-kernels 2.4.0 requires ipython<8,>=7.31.1; python_version >= "3", but you have ipython 8.6.0 which is incompatible. None of those dependencies seem to matter.
