announce that Spyder *5.3.2* has been released and is available for 
Windows, GNU/Linux and MacOS X:

This release comes seven weeks after version 5.3.1 and it contains the 
following new features, important fixes and new API features:

   - Add code signing to the standalone macOS installer.
   - Add openpyxml and defusedxml to the packages bundled with the 
   standalone Windows and macOS installers.
   - New entry from the Editor context menu to Show help for current object.
   - Improve UX/UI for the repositioning panes functionality.
   - Fix several bugs related to the debugging functionality (remote 
   kernels usage and Pdb history).
   - Fix incompatibility with Pylint 2.14.0+.
   - Fix Windows Python environment activation script with micromamba.
   - Fix several bugs related with the Plots pane.
   - Add create_client_for_kernel and rename_client_tab to the Ipython 
   Console plugin so that other plugins can access to console creation like 
   Spyder-notebook <https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder-notebook/pull/369>.

In this release we fixed 33 issues and merged 54 pull requests that amount
